Data Integrity and Security
The integrity and security of the data provided by contributors is strictly protected. Access is limited and the system is monitored to ensure confidentiality at all times. To guarantee the privacy of the file, stringent procedures are enforced:

Contributor data files are identified by a contributor number known only to the contributor and authorized CCB personnel

Customer data files will not reference in any way the contributor's name

Data reported by CCB contributors has never and will never be reproduced, sold or released to another party in its original form

Data is transmitted via a secure FTP site
Become a Data Contributor
The procedure for becoming a data contributor for CCB is safe, inexpensive and easy to configure.
A standardized contributors list of required fields is provided to assist in the extraction from the distributor's accounts receivable system.
CCB Data Acquisitions Specialists are available to work with contributor data processing personnel to extract the information into the CCB file format. CCB technical personnel are familiar with most distributor software programs and can provide experienced assistance.
