CCB Credit Information and Products
Participating Members of CCB have access to comprehensive credit reports containing current, accurate and objective trade payment information.
CCB Credit Reports Include:
Current status. Contains the most recent status of the customer with participating creditors. The cumulative account balance due, past due, last sale, last payment and account status are all disclosed.
Detailed history. Details the credit and payment history by industry line with participating creditors. This information will be enclosed as individual credit relationships within a specific industry and includes the dates for the last sale, last payment, the date opened and the high balance. The payment history includes the reporting dates, the credit limit, the total amount outstanding and a breakdown of the balance into current, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, 150 days and 180+ days outstanding.
Totals by month. Provides the cumulative credit limit, outstanding balance due to all participating distributors as well as the current and historical breakdown of that balance on a monthly basis into current, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, 150 days and 180+ days outstanding.
CCB Red Alert Program. The CCB Red Alert Program is an online early warning system that monitors your accounts receivables portfolio, triggering warnings when derogatory or significant changes in performance occur.
Westlaw public record reports. Westlaw is the most comprehensive online legal research source on the market. Included in its domain are document retrieval services, information on Federal, state, tribal and international litigation, topical material, the latest legal and business news, directories and legal periodicals. At no additional cost, once CCB participants are online in the CCB system, they can link to Westlaw and have access to information that will help them make important financing, purchasing or partnership decisions. Westlaw is the major resource for use by law firms to investigate cases in respect to legal issues, lawsuit history, corporate information and criminal records.
Credit management. Provides detailed industry-specific data for credit professionals to make proactive decisions on customers or new account prospects.
